CANCELLATION POLICY & TIPPING

 

UNHAPPY WITH YOUR HAIR?

At Salon Macomb, we make every effort to ensure your hair is the hair you want.

 

Within 1 week of your service date, if you are not satisfied with your Color or Haircut, give us a call and we will schedule you a complimentary correction. Correction requests further then 1 week from service date will be assessed at the discretion of the performing Stylist 

*Due to aftercare issues v cost of service, "redo" Keratin Treatments are subject to charge (partial up to full) on a case by case basis at the discretion of the performing Stylist.

                    *Salon Macomb as an establishment does not offer automatic grace period for this appointment type.

 

NEED TO CANCEL?

Please understand that when clients forget or cancel their appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our wait-list guests of any availability as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. As always we will do our best to accommodate your requests and will extend the furthest amount of flexibility we can as a business.

FEELING ILL?

Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment due to health concerns. If you or your child are sick with flu or cold like symptoms we ask that you respect the health of our employees and our other patrons. We will make every effort to reschedule your appointment. 

 

Salon Macomb reserves the option to charge up to 20% the cost of services over $150 in the event of cancellations under 12 hours from the service date and time.  This charge consideration will not apply to appointments that have been rescheduled.

We only accept cash tips, & tips built into any checks written.

We are unable to accept credit card tips of any kind.  

 

NEED A STYLIST TO COME IN EARLY? OR STAY LATE?

We as a business value your patronage of our business and we are grateful for your trust in us.  We ask that you respect our Stylists set hours and their personal schedule. Appointments will not be booked that will conflict with a Stylists arrival time. Appointments that require a stylist to stay past their departure time will be assessed on a case by case basis.

 

* If you are seeking a special accommodation you must contact the stylist privately.
